Quy trình báo giá ký kết hợp đồng mộ đá năm 2021 của Đá Phát Tâm

Dưới đây là quy trình báo giá sản phẩm lăng mộ đá. Và ký kết hợp đồng, thiết kế bản vẽ, thi công. Sau đó là vận chuyển, lắp đặt hoàn thiện công trình cho khách hàng.

Bước 1: Tư vấn mẫu mã kích thước.

Quý khách hàng gọi điện hoặc nhắn tin Zalo đến số điện thoại 0854.882.535 hoặc gửi email báo giá mộ đá thông qua mẫu liên hệ ở phía dưới, Chúng tôi sẽ tư vấn mẫu mã & kích thước sản phẩm đồng thời báo giá lăng mộ đá luôn cho Quý khách.

Bước 2: Khảo sát địa hình nếu cần thiết.

Nếu như khu vực lắp đặt có địa hình phức tạp. Chúng tôi sẽ lập tức cử công nhân đi khảo sát địa hình khu lăng mộ cùng khách hàng!

Bước 3: Thiết kế các bản vẽ nếu cần thiết.

Sau khi có số đo kích thước của lăng mộ hoặc toàn thể khu lăng mộ. Đá Mỹ Nghệ Phát Tâm sẽ lên kế hoạch thiết kế bản vẽ. Đồng thời đưa ra 1 số phương án, mẫu mã, kích thước từng hạng mục. Để khách hàng lựa chọn phương án phù hợp, mẫu mã đẹp nhất để thi công.

Sau bước này thì giá lăng mộ đá có thể thay đổi tùy vào phương án mà khách hàng lựa chọn.

Bản thiết kế sẽ được miến phí cho tất cả khách hàng đặt hàng trước.

Bước 4: Ký kết hợp đồng.

Khi ký kết hợp đồng khách hàng cần đặt cọc từ 25% – 30% giá trị công trình cho Cơ sở Phát Tâm. Sau khi nhận tiền đặt cọc xong Chúng tôi sẽ tiến hành tìm và xẻ đá từ những khối lớn ra để tiến hành thi công chế tác

Bước 5: Chế tác sản phẩm.

Thời gian để chế tác sản phẩm mất khoảng 1 tháng (đối với những sản phẩm đơn lẻ như mộ đá, cuốn thư, lư hương, đèn đỉnh) cho đến 4 tháng (đối với những công trình lớn bao gồm nhiều sản phẩm, hạng mục đá ở bên trong như khu lăng mộ hay những sản phẩm đá để xây dựng nhà thờ họ)

Bước 6: Vận chuyển lắp đặt.

Chúng tôi có thể vận chuyển, lắp đặt công trình lăng mộ trên toàn quốc. Sau khi lắp đặt, nghiệm thu công trình xong. Khách hàng cần phải thanh toán toàn bộ số tiền còn lại!.
